I'm Veronica, a web designer and digital strategist working exclusively with therapists and wellness practitioners. I'm HIPAA trained through TeachMeHIPAA, with 25 years in tech.

My expertise is the technology, not the law, so everything I share comes from that lens.

I care about making sure the people doing this hard, important work don't also have to become tech experts to protect their clients.

  • I am not directly affiliated with a compliance organization. I have HIPAA training through TeachMeHIPAA and have expertise in dealing with HIPAA sensitive systems. I often recommend the Person Centered Tech organization for further learning, but my role here is web design and technology, not a compliance body.

  • My focus is specifically in websites and the technology connected to it. Full practice's compliance program, documentation, staff training, physical security, and policies are outside what I cover. For that you'll want a HIPAA compliance consultant or attorney
